Photo Album
of yesteryears

With my sister Parvine and our smart, intelligent and loving goat pet "Bozy." The photo was taken circa 1937 in our summer home of "Pole-Roumi." During the winter, "Bozy" accompanied us to Tehran and lived a very long and happy goat life. At right, as a young embassy attaché in London with oil magnate "Nobar Gulbenkian" in 1965 at Buckingham Palace. So don't say I do not know anything about the petroleum business, but if you don't, -- then read "The Prize," by Yergin. You will realize that oil makes great powers tick.

Below are two photos taken "60" years apart! with one constant though, my stuffed dog Bully. He was given to me on my 3rd birthday anniversary in Switzerland. Bully went everywhere with me, he is a sort of mascot. The one time I failed to bring him along, the roof caved down, that was in Morocco back in 1979. Bully was lost in Tehran during the Iranian revolution but finally was sent safely to Arizona...
