The son of my cousin Dr. Amir Mansour Sardari former Deputy-Minister of Health, Dr. Freydoun Sardari is an outstanding heart surgeon and tranplant expert residing now in New York City. Do you know that there are more than 7000 Iranian doctors in the USA? Quite a brain drain for Iran.
