Rivalry? An Iranian and an American before the Match

From the outset at the World Cup Match, Iranians of all feathers, stripes and convictions cheered out together loudly and more so as Iran shocked the United States 2-1. Amid the hype, Americans and Iranians found strong brotherhood once again. It was truly a sight to behold as fans from both countries embraced and exchanged friendship, T-shirts, caps and flags.

As for our compatriots from all corners of the world, they came out for the first time as united Iranians despite their different convictions. It was one big party that we wish would continue for ever. It was not about politics, not about religion, but simple brotherhood as it should be at all times. As someone out there so aptly said: We, the people, have nothing against each other. So let's play and maybe our politicians will learn a lesson." Anyhow, in the future the "Big Picture" will be with our new generation... So Go Iran, we need many more such events.

Germany 2, Iran 0? Please don't cry there will be another time,
besides, there are more important goals in our future.
