Recollectively Shared Objects. A speaker may introduce an object that he believes the hearer to know with a referential question or a relative clause:

`vRic o. ina ^urus `nā_āsa_ā? ....
Rich O, this Russian not is huh? ....
‘You know the Russians, Rich, ....'
āska ^mānša `kāa? dus oaso. ^āska ....
that man what? yesterday came. he ....
‘That man, you know, who came yesterday, he ....'
