Prototypes. Prototypes are the basic cognitive representations of objects. They may be
indivisible or
divisible. Indivisible prototypes
represent mind-internal objects, including sensations, emotions, and mental
constructs. Divisible prototypes represent mind-external objects and may be individuated through the
filtering processes of
quantification, which distinguish
mass and
countable
prototypes. Countable prototypes are construed as plural.
Certain prototypes are feminine, as indicated by suffixes on qualitative words and verbs that pertain to the prototypes.
